Each staff member is trained to professionally handle either collections or on-site testing. SAMHSA recently enacted guidelines that do permit the use of testing cassettes by trained staff. TriStar Protective Services staff average several thousand of these tests annually with proven MedTox reliability and an option for GCMS confirmation screen as requested.

We also offer screen collections. To ensure your complete privacy and the anonymity of your screens, we send them to MedTox in Minnesota where they are tested. If they test preliminary positive, they are tested an additional time and the retest results are indicated in the final report. This report shows the exact levels of substance in the user's system.

If a screen is contested, our labs are able to go to their freezers where positives are retained for ninety days to be retested at no charge to you.
